Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them
The Company was notified on 1 March 2017 that Mr N P Henry, the Chief Executive Officer, had increased his holdings of Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company through the exercise of an option over 17,647 Ordinary Shares at a fixed option price of 596p per share.
The option was granted on 2 April 2007 under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme and has a 10 year exercise period.
Following this transaction Mr N P Henry has a beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital of 208,669 Ordinary Shares representing 0.42% per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
