UBM plc PURCHASE OF SHARES BY ESOP TRUST The company was notified on 24 September 2013 of dealings in its ordinaryshares of 10 pence each by the Trustee of the UBM Employee Share OwnershipTrust, which is a discretionary Trust for the benefit of employees (includingexecutive directors) of the UBM group. Date of transaction: 24 September 2013 Nature of transaction: Purchase of 300,000 shares at an average price of 726.92p per share, with a minimum price of 722.59p and a maximum price of 730.38p. The shares will be used to satisfy awards under UBM's share option andincentive plans.
