The Company hereby notifies that Mr. Sergey Gilev (IG Seismic Services PLC (IGSS) Board member) has disposed in the course of transaction with Accles Holding Ltd (Cyprus), 5,380,378 shares of IGSS representing 25.83% share of the issued share capital of IGSS. The transaction was closed on 10 October 2017.
