Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
The Company announces that on 2 April 2014 a family trust for which Andrew Page, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acts as a trustee and the beneficiaries of which include persons connected to Mr Page, sold 8,028 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £7.01 per share. Following the transaction, the Trust holds 8,000 shares in the Company.
Mr. Page's beneficial shareholding in The Restaurant Group plc remains 315,187 shares, representing 0.15% of issued share capital.
