Stagecoach Group PLC03 July 2006 Exercise of Executive Share Options Stagecoach Group plc ("the Company") has been notified of the followingtransaction in the securities of the Company by a person discharging managerialresponsibility. The transactions have been notified in accordance withDisclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a). The Company received notification today, 3 July 2006, that the undermentionedemployee exercised Executive Share Options over Ordinary Shares of 12/19th penceeach in the Company and subsequently sold part of those shares.
