Lookers PLC13 March 2007 LOOKERS PLC NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORSAND CONNECTED PERSONS DIRECTORS DEALING Lookers plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr P M White, Chairmanof the Company, Mr H K Surgenor, Chief Executive of the Company and Mr D VDyson, Finance Director of the Company, have made further purchases of Lookersordinary shares of 5 pence each. Mr White has purchased 15,000 ordinary shareson 12 March 2007 at 8.45am, Mr Surgenor has purchased 50,000 ordinary shares on13 March 2007 and Mr Dyson has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares on 13 March2007.
