Portmeirion Group PLC (the "Company")
Directors' Shareholding The Company has been notified that Lawrence Bryan, Chief Executive, bought on 12 January 2009, 2,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company's ordinary share capital at a price of 115p per share.
In addition, Lawrence Bryan made the following purchases during December 2008:
