In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Neil Smith, an Executive Director, on 28 February 2012 purchased 33,300 ordinary shares in the Company at £0.89 through his self-invested pension fund. His resultant holding of ordinary shares is 359,609 which is 0.43% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
