Director/PDMR Shareholding

LondonMetric Property Plc (the "Company") was notified on 28 July 2015 that Mark Stirling, a Director of the Company, and Karen Stirling, his wife, together acquired 15,200 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") at 161.04 pence per Share (the "Transaction").

The Transaction occurred on 28 July 2015 and the total beneficial interest of Mark Stirling has increased to 1,660,557 Shares, which represents 0.3% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
