In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Neil Smith, an Executive Director, on 6 July 2012 purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at £0.865 through his self-invested pension fund. His resultant holding of ordinary shares is 379,609 which is 0.45% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
