SPECTRIS plc: Options exercised under the Spectris Savings Related Share Option Scheme (the “SAYE Scheme”) by a Director
| The SAYE Scheme is an HMRC approved plan, which enables eligible employees to acquire Spectris plc 5p ordinary shares with the proceeds of a monthly savings contract. The contract period is three years. On 26 May 2016 options were exercised to buy shares under the terms of the SAYE Scheme by John O’Higgins, a director of the Company. The options were granted on 21 September 2012 at an option price of £16.95 per share. The options became exercisable from 1 December 2015 and expire on 1 June 2016. |
