James Halstead plc ("James Halstead" or the "Company")
Director's shareholding
The Company announces that 217,064 new ordinary James Halstead shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees on 5 July 2011.
Mark Halstead and Gordon Oliver, both Directors of the Company, each exercised options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 243.085 pence per share. On the same day, Mr Halstead and Mr Oliver notified the Company that they had sold these shares at a price of 480 pence per share.
