Burberry Group plc ("the Company") - Director / PDMR Shareholding

Following the vesting of awards granted under the Burberry Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan on Friday, 11 June 2010, the Company announces the following changes in the interests of persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in the Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares"):

·; On Friday, 11 June 2010, Eugenia Ulasewicz, a PDMR, received 11,374 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares"). 4,161 Shares were subsequently sold in London on 11 June 2010 at a price of 782.4892p per Share.

·; On Monday, 14 June 2010, Pascal Perrier, a PDMR, received 31,771 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares").

Following these transactions Eugenia Ulasewicz holds 42,356 Shares and options and awards over 585,931 Shares and Pascal Perrier holds 204,143 Shares and options and awards over 882,571 Shares.

The Company received notification of the above changes in Eugenia Ulasewicz and Pascal Perrier's interest in Shares in the Company on 11 and 14 June 2010, respectively.
