Ashtead Group plc (the “Company”) announces that the awards made to its executive directors in September 2012 under the Company’s Performance Share Plan vested on 9 October.
As a result of vesting each director received the following number of shares:
Geoff Drabble 216,680
Sat Dhaiwal 67,012
Brendan Horgan 84,491
Suzanne Wood 84,491
The directors sold these shares, which were granted in 2012 as part of the annual Performance Share Plan, on 9 October at 1045p per share. The directors’ total shareholdings remain unchanged as a result of this event:
