Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

Further to the announcement made on 5 March 2018 regarding Tim Cobbold's intention to exercise certain options vesting today, 6 March 2018, UBM plc ("UBM" or the "Company") was notified of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 11.25p each ("Shares").
On 6 March 2018, Mr Cobbold exercised his rights over 248,890 Shares (223,080 UBM Shares under the UBM 2014 Performance Share Plan and 25,810 under the 2014 Deferred Bonus Plan). Mr Cobbold sold 117,272 Shares at a price of £9.3015 to settle the tax liability arising from the exercise. 131,618 Shares were retained, which Mr Cobbold transferred as a gift to his spouse, Mrs Carolyn Cobbold.
