AVEVA Group plc (the "Company") announces that on Friday, 19 September 2014, Mr Dave Wheeldon, PDMR of the Company and his wife Mrs Gaynor Wheeldon, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.56 pence per share, at a price of £15.56 per share.

Following this, Mr Wheeldon beneficially owns 73,673 ordinary shares representing 0.12% of the issued share capital and owns options over 43,548 shares.
