Diversified Gas & Oil PLC (LSE: DGOC), the U.S. based owner and operator of natural gas, natural gas liquids, and oil wells and midstream assets, announces that on 19 August 2020, Melanie Little, independent non-executive director of DGO, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through the market at a price of 109.85 pence per Ordinary Share. This purchase establishes Ms Little's interest in the Company and represents approximately 0.003% of DGO's issued share capital.
