The Company today announces the following transactions notified to it by Mr C M Green, Director, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R:

That Mrs G F Green, spouse of Mr C M Green, has today transferred 10,753 ordinary shares of 10p each (representing 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital) to Mr C M Green, at nil consideration.

Following this transfer, Mr C M Green has a total interest in 206,369 ordinary shares of 10p each (representing 0.0398% of the Company's issued share capital).

Also today, Mr C M Green disposed of 10,753 ordinary shares of 10p each at nil consideration.

Following this disposal, Mr C M Green has a total interest in 195,616 ordinary shares of 10p each (representing 0.0377% of the Company's issued share capital).
