LLOYDS BANKING GROUP PLC ("GROUP") - NOTIFICATION OF A TRANSACTION BY A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") IN ORDINARY SHARES OF THE GROUP OF 10P EACH ("SHARES")

Further to the announcement made on 4 May 2016 concerning the purchase on 4 May 2016 by Sara Weller, a PDMR, of 100,000 Shares, we hereby give notice that the Shares were purchased at a price of 65.745 pence per Share and not at 64.745 pence per Share as disclosed in the original announcement.
