Director/ PDMR Shareholding
Cape plc, the international provider of essential, non-mechanical support services to the energy and mineral resources sectors, has been informed of the following purchase of the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence ("Ordinary Shares") by a connected party of Joe Oatley who, as announced on 30 May, will be appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer with effect from 29 June 2012.
Jane Oatley, the wife of Joe Oatley, purchased 40,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 253 pence per share on 1 June 2012. Following this transaction, Joe Oatley and his connected parties have a beneficial interest of 40,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.033 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
