Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Group notifies that, on 24 June 2019, Kevin Quinn, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, acquired 11,200 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 445 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above purchase, Mr Quinn holds a beneficial interest in 11,200 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Group's issued share capital.
