Directors' Shareholdings
The Board have been notified that Stephen Falder, Deputy Chairman, has assigned 10,000 warrants to Richard Bell, Finance Director, which Richard Bell has exercised at a price of 23 pence per share, thereby increasing his beneficial holding in the company to 20,000 ordinary shares. In addition, Mr Falder has assigned a further 50,000 warrants to an unconnected third party who has also exercised the warrants at a price of 23 pence per share.
David McRobbie, Chief Executive has notified the Company that he has assigned 280,000 warrants to an unconnected third party who has today in aggregate acquired 300,000 new ordinary shares through the exercise of the assigned warrants from Mr McRobbie and 20,000 warrants acquired from another party, also at the price of 23 pence per share.
Accordingly, application has been made for the 360,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 5 September 2008.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 47,352,775 ordinary shares.
The table below details the Directors who have assigned and exercised warrants and the resulting share holdings of all Directors with a share holding in the Company following the above detailed transactions.
