On 10th July 2013 G E Tuppen, an executive director, undertook the following transactions in the ordinary shares at 2.5 pence ("shares") in the Company at 124 pence per share:

-the sale of 40,000 shares held beneficially

-the purchase of 40,000 shares to be held as trustee by an executive pension arrangement

As a result of these transactions there is no change to G E Tuppen's overall holding of shares in the Company which are held as follows:

Beneficial 2,368,602

As Trustee 943,432

Total 3,496,434
