e-Therapeutics plc03 December 2007 e-Therapeutics plc ("e-Therapeutics" or the "Company") Notification of Director's and Significant Shareholders' Interests e-Therapeutics has been notified today that RAB Special Situations (Master) FundLimited ("RAB") granted options over 1,250,000 of its ordinary shares of 0.1pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Cornhill on 30November 2007. These options are exercisable at 67 pence per Ordinary Sharefrom 30 November 2007 until 28 November 2009. Any exercise of the optionsduring the period until 28 November 2008 is subject to the consent of WHIreland, the Company's nominated adviser. RAB is currently the beneficialowner of 17,407,950 Ordinary Shares, representing 31.25% of the issued OrdinaryShare capital of the Company. e-Therapeutics has also been notified today that Malcolm Young, chief executive,has today granted options over 500,000 of his Ordinary Shares to Cornhill AssetManagement Limited ("Cornhill"), the Company's broker. These options areexercisable at 67 pence per Ordinary Share from 3 December 2008 until 3 December2011. Any exercise of the options during the period from 3 December 2008 until28 November 2009 is subject to the consent of WH Ireland, the Company'snominated adviser. Malcolm Young currently holds 20,620,482 Ordinary Shares,representing 37.01% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
