Notification of interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors and PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 30p each ("Shares").
Vesting of share-based awards
Berendsen Deferred Bonus Share Plan 2016
On 21 March 2017, awards that were granted under the terms of the Berendsen Deferred Bonus Share Plan 2016 ("DBSP") on 6 March 2014, vested and were exercised in full. The number of vested Shares that were subsequently acquired and transferred to certain Directors/PDMRs is set out below.
On the same date, D A Lawler sold all of his vested Shares (including sufficient number to discharge relevant tax obligations) at an average price of 8.11492 pence per Share.
