Director / PDMR Shareholding
Nature Group PLC confirms that it was notified today, 11 November 2014, that Andreas Drenthen, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18.3 pence per Ordinary Share on 11 November 2014.
In addition, Mr Drenthen is a 25 per cent. shareholder in Port Invest B.V. which owns 19,000,000 shares in the Company, representing 23.97 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Accordingly, following this transaction, Mr Drenthen is interested in an aggregate of 19,050,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 24.02 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
