Formation Group PLC04 March 2008 Formation Group PLC ("Formation" or the "Group") Issue of Long Term Incentive Plan Options ("Options") Formation confirms today that at a board meeting, the directors of the Groupapproved the issue of Options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Group tothe following directors of the Group. Director Number of Options Neil Rodford 500,000 Mark Page 150,000 The Options were issued in accordance with the Group's Long Term Incentive Plan(2007) Rules (the "Rules") to reward key principals in the business based uponits success and the issue is in line with the criteria for the issue of Optionslaid down by the Board. The Options are exercisable at any time from 4th March 2011 (provided that thedirector remains an employee until that date) subject to both the satisfactionof certain performance criteria set out at the time of issue, pursuant to theRules, and the payment of a nominal sum.
