Assura Group Limited (the "Company")

The Company announces that on 12 July 2012 Graham Roberts, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 30.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Roberts has an interest in 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.28% of the Company's issued share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
