Spectris plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding

Acquisition of shares in Spectris plc (“the Company”).

On 27 November 2015, Mr Eoghan O’Lionaird, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (“PDMR”) of the Company, acquired 5,743 Ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 1741.23 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr O’Lionaird’s total holding in shares of the Company is 5,743, representing less than 0.1% of its issued share capital.

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2, the Company was informed of the above transactions on 30 November 2015. The above transaction took place in London.
