LSL announces that Simon Embley, Group Chief Executive Officer, acquired 400,000 LSL's ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Shares") on 24th April 2009 in London. The Shares were acquired at a price of 105p.
In addition, Mark Morris, acquired 20,000 Shares on 24th April 2009 in London. The Shares were acquired at a price of 105p.
