Mr Brikho has no other interests in the share capital of AMEC plc. As announced on 24 August 2006, Mr Brikho was appointed as Chief Executive ofAMEC plc with effect from 1 October 2006 and replaces Sir Peter Mason, whostepped down as Chief Executive and as a director of AMEC plc on 30 September2006.
