Raven Mount plc07 April 2008 Raven Mount plc7 April 2008 Raven Mount plc (the "Company" or "Raven Mount") 7 April 2008 Directors' shareholdings The Company has been informed that Santon Capital plc ("Santon"), a companywhich is owned 50/50 by Anton Bilton and Bim Sandhu (Executive Chairman andChief Executive Officer, respectively, of Raven Mount) made the followingtransfers of Raven Mount Ordinary Shares on 4 April 2008 at a price of 74.25pper share: 1,500,000 Raven Mount Ordinary Shares to Mrs Pardeep Sandhu (wife of Bim Sandhu)and 500,000 Raven Mount Ordinary Shares to Hillside Management Services Limited(a company 100% owned by Mrs Pardeep Sandhu) 2,000,000 Raven Mount Ordinary Shares to Anton Bilton In addition Anton Bilton gifted 600,000 Raven Mount Ordinary Shares held by himin a personal capacity to the Trustees of The Bilton Charitable Foundation, andBim Sandhu gifted 400,000 Raven Mount Ordinary Shares held by him in a personalcapacity to the Trustees of The Sandhu Charitable Foundation. Following the transfers, Bim Sandhu's holding of Raven Mount Ordinary Shares inhis own name, his wife's name or trusts, of which he is a trustee, is now15,657,562 shares representing 13.98 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinaryshare capital. In addition he owns 50 per cent. of Santon Capital plc which nowholds a total of 3,750,000 Raven Mount Ordinary Shares (3.92 per cent. of theCompany's issued ordinary share capital). Following the transfers, Anton Bilton's holding of Raven Mount Ordinary sharesin his own name, or trusts, of which he is a trustee, is now 31,008,422 sharesrepresenting 27.68 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
