Parsley Box, the direct to consumer provider of ready meals focused on the Baby Boomer+ demographic, announces that 4J Studios Limited, a company connected with Chris van der Kuyl, Non-Executive Chairman has purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), further details of which are set out in the notification below.
Chris van der Kuyl is a director of and shareholder (alongside his connected persons) and exercises significant control over 4J Studios Limited which, following this transaction, holds 1,652,033 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.92% of the Company's issued share capital.
Additionally, Chris van der Kuyl, together with his connected persons, also has a direct holding over 2,346,182 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.57% of the Company's issued share capital.
