Directors Share Purchase
On the 2 March 2009 Hargreaves Services PLC (AIM: HSP), a leading supplier of support services to the energy, mineral and waste sectors, was notified that on the 2 March 2009, Steve MacQuarrie (Company Secretary), Kevin Dougan (Group Contracts Director) and Gordon Banham (Chief Executive), each purchased 4,288 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') through the exercising of options under the Savings-Related Share Option Scheme. These options were exercised at a price of 218p per Ordinary Share.
