Dealings by Directors and Persons Disclosing Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')

The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors and PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 28.125p each ('shares').

The Company has been advised that on 1 June 2011 certain Directors and PDMRs exercised options held under the 2003 SAYE scheme at 125.0p per share.

Andrew Page, Chief Executive Officer, exercised and retained 7,680 shares and consequently has increased his shareholding in the Company to 631,486 shares, representing 0.32% of the issued share capital.

Trish Corzine, Executive Director of the Concessions Division, exercised and sold 7,680 shares, at a selling price of 296p per share. Her shareholding in the Company remains 274,705 shares, representing 0.14% of the issued share capital.

Robert Morgan, a PDMR, exercised and retained 4,608 shares and consequently has increased his shareholding in the Company to 125,155 shares, representing 0.06% of the issued share capital.
