Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that, on 23 December 2008, a family trust of which William Wyatt and The Honourable Charles Cayzer, both directors of Caledonia, are trustees and Mr Wyatt is a beneficiary purchased 624 Caledonia ordinary shares, representing 0.001% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital (excluding shares held in treasury), at 1469p per share. This purchase is a transaction requiring disclosure by Mr Wyatt and The Honourable Charles Cayzer in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transfer are as follows:

The Honourable Charles Cayzer's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transfer are as follows:

Mr Wyatt's and The Honourable Charles Cayzer's non-beneficial interests are each included in the other's beneficial interests.
All of the shares purchased will be registered in the name of Caytrust Finance Company Limited.
