Sound Oil, the Italian focused upstream oil and gas company, has been notified that James Parsons, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, today acquired 425,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.18p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Parsons holds 1,086,765 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
