Long Term Incentive Plan 2008
On 23 December 2008 the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors approved the Rules of, and established, the InterQuest Group Long Term Incentive Plan 2008 ("the Plan") and, in accordance with the Plan, granted options to certain members of the Group's senior management team.

The options granted today have an exercise price of £0.01 and cannot normally be exercised before 1 January 2012. Sixty per cent. of the total options granted today are dependent upon the Group's EBIT performance in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
