AVEVA Group plc (the "Company") announces that on Monday, 22 September 2014, Mr Derek Middlemas, PDMR of the Company, purchased 3,500 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.56 pence per share, at a price of £15.51 per share.

Following this, Mr Middlemas owns 18,554 ordinary shares representing 0.03% of the issued share capital and holds 54,223 options over ordinary shares.
