PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Ian Farrelly, Group Company Secretary & General Counsel sold 7,391 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 695 pence per Share pursuant to the vesting of share options in his favour today under the Company's 2004 Executive Share Option Plan.

Ian Farrelly has no direct shareholding in the Company and is the beneficial owner of 70,277 nil-cost share options.
