Bodycote plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that on 11 April 2012 the following Directors* and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") sold a total of 517,854 ordinary shares of 17 3/11p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in order to cover tax liabilities arising from the exercise of options announced on 10 April 2012.
