SPECTRIS plc (the "Company") SHARE AWARDS TO DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs") This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a) and DTR 3.1.4(1)(c). Under the terms of the Spectris Performance Share Plan (the "Plan"), nominalcost options were granted on 6 March 2015 to certain directors and PDMRs of theCompany. The vesting of an award is subject to the continued employment of theparticipant and the satisfaction of performance conditions set by theRemuneration Committee of the Company. The awards will normally vest on thelater of the third anniversary of grant and the determination of theperformance conditions. To the extent that an award vests, it is exercisablefor a period of 7 years from the date of vesting. The option price payable by each participant on the exercise of his or heraward is 5 pence per share. The Company was informed of the above transactions on 6 March 2015.
