Following the announcement yesterday, concerning the purchase of 125,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company by Ocean Park Developments, a company wholly owned by Nigel Brent Fitzpatrick, Non Executive Director of Bidtimes Plc, please note that of Nigel Brent Fitzpatrick's total beneficial interest in 1,034,599 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.06% of the issued share capital of the Company, 707,200 Ordinary Shares are held by Ocean Park Developments and 327,399 Ordinary Shares are held personally.
