Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed yesterday that, on 15 January 2014, the wife of David Campbell, Group Sales and Marketing Director, purchased 6,656 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 373 pence per share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr Campbell is interested in 26,100 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.04% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
