LiDCO (AIM: LID), the hemodynamic monitoring company, announces that on 15 December 2020, Mr James Wetrich, Non-executive Director, sold 19,900 ordinary shares of 0.5p nominal value ("Ordinary shares") at an average price of $0.14, equivalent to 10.467 pence, per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the above transaction, Mr Wetrich has no beneficial holding in the Company's issued share capital.
