Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that Steve Hannam, Chairman and a Director of the Company, has today purchased 12,594 shares of 10p each in the capital of Devro ("Shares"), jointly with his wife Jean Hannam, at a price of 317.6097 pence per Share.

Following the purchase, Steve Hannam and his connected persons hold 223,622 Shares representing 0.135% of the issued share capital of the Company.
