Purchase of shares by an Executive Director of Intertek Group plc

In accordance with DTR3.1.4R(1), Intertek Group plc ('the Company') wishes to notify the following transaction.

On 18 December 2014, the Company was notified that Edward Leigh, a director of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of £22.2755 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Leigh holds 1000 shares, equating to 0.006 percent of the issued share capital.
