Following the transfer of 23,700 National Gridshares to participants on 15 June 2006,Steve Lucas together with other employeesformerly with Lattice Group, have a technical interest in the new balance of37,315 shares held in Trust. (Note: For Companies Act purposes, Steve Lucas is deemed to have a technicalinterest in all the shares held in this Trust, together with all participatingemployees.
