("BCA" or the "Company")
Notification of transaction by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
BCA was notified on 18 May 2017 that, on that day, 9,000,000 ordinary shares were acquired at a price of 2.05 pence per ordinary share ultimately on behalf of funds managed by Marwyn Asset Management Limited ("MAML"). Mark Brangstrup Watts and James Corsellis, both Non-Executive Directors of the Company, are also directors of, and hold a beneficial interest in, MAML.
Following the purchase of shares, funds managed by MAML have an interest in 29,941,110 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.84% of the Company's issued share capital.
