The Company was notified on 19 August 2013 that on 16 August 2013 Mr Short sold 4,500 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at 430p per share and that a person connected to Mr Short also sold 4,500 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company at 430p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Short and a person connected to Mr Short now hold an interest in 229,958 shares of 20p each in the Company representing 0.1957% of the issued share capital of the Company.
